We also compile a mailing list from our extensive database and send your property details to all prospective purchasers.
  • Methods of Sale – Our staff will advise on the best method of sale, every property and piece of land is different; some are suited to be offered for sale by auction, others by formal / informal tender or by private treaty with a set asking price.
  • Energy Performance Certificate – At John Earle we have a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor, this means that we are able to complete your EPC at the same time as preparing your sales particulars, this ensures that that there is no delay in marketing your property.

Auction 21st. March 2017

The first property sale of this year resulted in Poplar Farm, Pack Horse Lane, Wythall selling for £650,000. A very good result 8.33% over the guide price !

The Budget has been and gone.

It would seem that for the property market generally, there has been no big ‘game changing’ items in the Chancellor’s budget. Spring is in the air and the property market if feeling positive. A good time to sell. Best be ahead of the “Spring surge”.
