We also compile a mailing list from our extensive database and send your property details to all prospective purchasers.
  • Methods of Sale – Our staff will advise on the best method of sale, every property and piece of land is different; some are suited to be offered for sale by auction, others by formal / informal tender or by private treaty with a set asking price.
  • Energy Performance Certificate – At John Earle we have a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor, this means that we are able to complete your EPC at the same time as preparing your sales particulars, this ensures that that there is no delay in marketing your property.

JOHN EARLE & SON LLP ACHIEVES £31,666 PER ACRE! With just three parcels of land on offer the Auction room was surprisingly full. The lots achieved fantastic interest with spirited bidding throughout the evening. There was intense competition between all parties in all four corners or the room, and the gavel finally fell with fantastic results.
