We manage a robust applicants database, have our own interactive web site where sale details can be downloaded in pdf format and subscribe to the 'Prime Location' and "Rightmove" websites, which we find are bringing us an ever increasing number of enquiries from farther afield. We offer a prompt market appraisal service, and wide advertising coverage and new clients can have the benefit of our substantial local knowledge and many years of professional experience.

Full colour sales particulars can either be produced in house, which will include many photographs, floor, site and location plans and where appropriate scans of historic images and clients' own photographs highlighting particular features to help promote property in its best light.

We can market properties either for sale by private treaty, public auction or formal tender and advice of the best marketing approach can be discussed with potential clients when we visit the property for the first time.

On 1st August 2007, the Home Information Packs (HIPs) for houses with 4 bedrooms or more came into force and it is now a legal requirement for all properties that are for sale to have a Home Information Pack before exchange can take place. These will include all the legal information that vendors' solicitors can provide and an Energy Certificate that has to be issued by a fully qualified DEA in accordance with the Housing Act 2004.
