AuctionCrowd auction room

Since the inception of John Earle & Son in 1935, land and property auctions have been a main feature of John Earle & Son's professional approach to selling cottages, houses, farms and land. Originally conducted by the late Mr John Reginald Earle, this role was taken over by Tony Earle in the 1960's assisted by his brother David Earle and then in the mid-1990s the gavel was passed to Richard Abbey who now conducts a property and land auction on a monthly basis which are held in Henley Golf and Country Club's main function room with the aid of plasma screens and a good PA system.www.henleygcc.co.uk

The venue is just on the northern edge of Henley-in-Arden, approached by a long driveway that goes behind Beaudesert Park House. There is substantial parking, two bars; one for the large lounge adjoining the auction room.

The firm's next planned auction is Tuesday 14th July 2009.
