Within the Practice we have our own qualified Home Energy Inspector who is licenced to undertake domestic surveys in accordance with legislation and produce the report in both electronic and paper forms.

The bar chart section will be embodied into the sale particulars, the full certificate and report, complete with recommendations as to how the energy efficiency of the house can be improved, will be available for inspection at our offices.


Because we have our own in-house Energy Inspector we are able to provide advice as to what works you can undertake to your property prior to the inspection being undertaken and producing the complete EPC. Sometimes inexpensive improvements can be made to quite markedly improve the property's rating before it goes on the open market.
