When the firm of John Earle was established in 1935 it's founding principles were deeply rooted in the rural Warwickshire and

Worcestershire environments.
Both the current Partners of the firm passed through the educational corridors of the Royal Agricultural College at Cirencester.
In 1974 after leaving Shipway, Doble and Earle, Peter Cornford became an Assistant Land Agent based in Plymouth helping to look after the Flete Estate at Holberton and the Pentillie Estate at St Mellion.
Richard Abbey spent time as an Assistant at Brueton Knowles conducting farm dispersal sales and running the weekly stock sales at Cirencester and Gloucester markets. Subsequently, the manager and auctioneer of Stratford Stock Sales before joining John Earle in 1995.
