Agricultural Advice, Compensation, Wayleaves & Easements

As Chartered Surveyors, running a practice in a traditionally rural part of the country, John Earle have provided advice and assistance to land owners in Warwickshire, Worcestershire and the greater West Midlands where land is compulsorily acquired for the construction of bypasses and motorways, where easements are sought by public utilities and pipeline operators (Esso Pipeline) to ensure the land owner receives more than adequate compensation and is treated fairly by the public utility and pipeline contractors.

Our fees in such matters are met by the acquiring company in full and we have many years of experience in making ingoing Record of Conditions, seeking interim compensation payments and settling claims at the end of the contract period in full and final settlement in order that the land holder and farmer is not in any way out of pocket for the disturbance and disruption he has suffered to his farming activities.

We have also provided advice for farmers where mobile telephone mast companies wish to erect on their land new antennae or where temporary easements are required as a means of access across a farmer's land for construction traffic during the works for a limited period of time.
