Farm Business Tenancy that was created in accordance with the provisions of
Section 1 of the Agricultural Tenancies Act 1995, John Earle of Henley in Arden have been preparing FBTs in accordance with the RICS's standard format, now on it's Fourth Edition published in 2007.
