1st AUCTION AFTER SUMMER RECESS

The extensive local knowledge and specialist traditional skills of our experienced chartered surveyors together with using the latest marketing tools resulted in very happy clients at the end of John Earle's September collective property auction on Tuesday evening the 21st September.

Following a wide-ranging advertising campaign in the Solihull News, Stratford Herald and Birmingham Post and making full use of the John Earle database and various property websites resulted in strong interest both before the sale and in the room.

A packed auction room and a great atmosphere saw Richard Abbey taking bids from all sides with excellent results as follows:-

The Bungalow, Chesters Green, Morton Bagot sold after sprinted bidding for £510,000

Woodlands Farm, Cut Throat Lane, Hockley Heath was also hotly contended and sold for an impressive £630,000 and a separate 5.21 acre paddock at the same location achieved £68,000 - over £13,000 per acre.

1 Chesters Green Cottage, Morton Bagot, a cottage for refurbishment with a two acre paddock had the hammer going down at £275,000.
