A new year and a new season of monthly auctions for John Earle & Son commencing in March. Our first auction of the year will be held as usual at Henley in Arden Golf and Country Club, on Tuesday 18th March, starting as always at 6.30pm prompt.
Land and property coming up in this auction are:
Langley - A semi detached residence (see below) with outbuldings and some 3.5 acres of paddocks plus a further 2.8 acres available if required.
Knowle - A detached house currently having two reception rooms and four bedrooms situated on a corner plot and having the benefit of an adjoining 2.5 acre grass paddock. To be sold with full planning permission to demolish the existing house and replace with a five bedroom dwelling and a detached double garage.
Bearley - approx 2.028 acres, a former railway goods yard (see below) with good access having been used for open storage.
Snitterfield - approx 10 acres, established apple orchard to be offered in two lots with good road frontage.
Between Hockley Heath & Dorridge - approx 28.22 acres of accommodation land and woodland to be offered in two lots, also with good road frontage.
