| CONTINUED AUCTION SUCCESS IN 2010 |
The excellent results achieved at this years previous auctions was again experienced at the John Earle July sale with yet another packed room of keen buyers and all lots selling.
First lot was 9 School House Mews in Henley in Arden, which sold for its guide price of £140,000, next was The Chalet in Wootton Wawen, a very unusual Scandinavian style property with 7 acres that had received a considerable amount of interest before the auction and was sold for £495,000. 6.27 Acres in Watery Lane, Knowle attracted several bidders and sold for a very impressive £74,000 and the last lost of 30.88 acres of grassland at Bradnocks Marsh, Hampton in Arden made £230,000.
Terets Cottage, Rising Lane, Lapworth was sold prior to action after receiving extremely high levels of enquiries and viewings.
The next auction is on 21st September and we are confident that activity will remain high with our usual excellent results.
