From the early 1990's John Earle & Son made a conscious decision to invest in AppleMac computers and associated software technology. In 1998, the firm's in-house property database was developed to drive a user-friendly interactive website. This has evolved over the last nine years to a level where every village and large hamlet within John Earle & Son's geographical field of influence has its own individual web page. On that page are listed every property we have available within that parish. By use of the Google search engine, a link should appear on the first page to properties to rent or buy within your chosen village that John Earle & Son have available.

The data on our website is continually updated from our own in-house server to include photographs, full descriptions, type of property, postcodes, location maps and full colour details in pdf format that can be downloaded onto your PC or laptop.

We are also members of Prime Location and all our properties are available from this portal and enquiries from the public have increased month by month, particularly from the London and south eastern area as well as ex-pats returning from overseas, seeking houses to rent or buy in Warwickshire and the Midlands generally.

When we offer building plots and development sites for sale we ensure these are also featured on www.Plotbrowser.com which has been a very successful portal enabling us to draw in potential developers, builders and members of the public seeking a site to build individual one-off properties.
