The service we provide to our Landlords can be tailor-made to suit specific needs and requirements.

Our Residential Lettings Service Includes:

  • Tenant Find Only: This service is as simple as it sounds! We advertise your rental property on the John Earle, Rightmove and PropertyLive websites and if required local newspapers. Our Lettings Department will assist with viewings, provide a tenancy application pack, carry out reference checks, produce the tenancy agreement and place the tenants deposit in a legally approved scheme.
  • Management Service: This service includes the “Tenant Find Only Service”, but in addition to this we also ensure that gas and appliance checks are carried out, organise repairs and maintenance as required and receive and manage rent payments, which are paid directly into the Landlord’s account. By taking full advantage of this service, the Landlord need not be concerned with day to day issues.
