The Practice of John Earle, established in 1935 by the late John Reginald Earle in the old market town of Henley in Arden and taken over by his son the late Anthony J Earle in 1953 has for over 70 years undertaken land and property surveys for Trustees, Limited Companies and private individuals of all types of real estate ranging from landed estates with mansion houses, cottages and farm buildings to a simple boundary dispute between two residential properties where the old title plans are less than clear or the Land Registry has made an unfortunate error.
Our fields of expertise throughout Warwickshire and Worcestershire includes checking boundaries on site against conveyance plans, the preparation of modern plans for Land Registry use, overseeing the regulations laid out in the Party Wall Act of 1996 and undertaking surveys of houses and cottages for potential purchasers to include the RICS' bespoke Homebuyers Survey Report being completed with recommendations prior to them signing and exchanging contracts.
Where structural defects are uncovered, we will provide details of Structural Engineers, qualified and competent to give their professional opinion of the identified areas of concern.
