We are proud to be members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). This august body had its foundations on 15th June 1868 when the inaugural Chairman John Clutton founded the body then known as the Institution of Surveyors and in 1881 the body
received its Royal Charter and in 1921 George V granted Royal Patronage thus the name became established which the public now relate to and accept as the leading professional body covering all aspects of real estate and property.
