Real Estate Valuations in Divorce Proceedings
The Practice accepts joint instructions from the Solicitors representing the two parties in divorce proceedings and undertakes valuations of
 all Real Estate assets owned by the parties in Warwickshire, Worcestershire and the greater Midland area, as independent experts and in accordance with the
Civil Procedure Rules Part 35.
Instructions are also accepted from one party in a divorce to provide a formal opinion of the joint matrimonial
 Real Estate assets and to enter negotiations with the other party's nominated valuer in order to agree a fair value of the assets prior to the divorce proceedings being concluded.
