Wythall offers a village rural setting, but within easy access to the urban centres of Birmingham, Solihull and 5 minutes of the M42 that leads onto all the major motorways throughout the country and of course Birmingham International. There are several popular local public houses "The White Swan and The Packhorse" to name a few, a range of shops and a supermarket, two doctor's surgeries, a Tennis club www.wythalltennisclub.co.uk a dental practice, an animal rescue centre www.wythallanimalsanctuary.org.uk and a Vet's.

Should commuting into Birmingham be essential, there are three nearby Railway Stations all within a mile of Wythall with a short train journey to Birmingham Moor Street taking approximately twenty minutes. The local church is St Mary's church www.wythallchurch.net. Wythall is a short drive into the open countryside around Earlswood and Tanworth-in-Arden with the added benefit of their local services, restaurants and public houses.
