Auction Dates

Since the inception of John Earle in 1935, land and property auctions have been a main feature of John Earle’s professional approach to selling cottages, houses, farms and land.

Originally conducted by the late John Reginald Earle, this role was taken over by his son, Tony Earle, in the 1960’s assisted by his brother David. In the mid-1990s, the ‘gavel’ was passed to Richard Abbey who now conducts the firm’s property and land auctions.

The venue for our monthly auctions is well located, just south of Henley-in-Arden, off the A3400 at The View, Stratford Road, Wootton Wawen, B95 6DE. There is easy access from the National Motorway Network (M40/M42) and substantial on-site parking.

AUCTION DATES FOR 2020

Our auctions usually run from March until November (excluding August) but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have only held one auction so far this year on Tuesday 29th September 2020. We have planned for another auction to take place on Tuesday 24th November 2020 but we are continually monitoring the government guidance in relation to land & property auctions so more details will follow.
