We also compile a mailing list from our extensive database and send your property details to all prospective purchasers.
Methods of Sale – Our staff will advise on the best method of sale, every property and piece of land is different; some are suited to be offered for sale by auction, others by formal / informal tender or by private treaty with a set asking price.
Preparation for sale – All properties marketed for sale are required to have an energy performance certificate; at John Earle we are able to arrange for a qualified EPC assessor to visit your property to provide you with this legally required document.
