The land, which has excellent vehicular access, extends to approximately 0.901 Acres (0.365 ha) of old established permanent pasture and former orchard with access directly from and frontage to East Side, North Littleton, Evesham, Worcestershire. WR11 8QY. This most interesting parcel of land will be seen from the accompanying plan to include a former orchard and access from East Side. In addition, there is a small area of walled garden (let on a peppercorn to the owners of Old Farm), which is also included in the sale.
The land has easy access to Stratford-upon-Avon, Evesham, Chipping Campden and the Cotswold Hills.
It is felt that the land is suitable for a number of uses, horse/pony grazing, amenity/recreational use, or just to purchase a part of the historic "Vale of Evesham".
In the longer term, being located within the centre of the village, surrounded by housing, it is felt there may well be opportunities for residential development.
