The roughly rectangular block of land was formerly the site of a number of traditional needle workers’ cottages which, we were informed, were not cleared until after WWII. From Redditch town centre take the A441 Alcester Highway south and, at the large roundabout by McDonalds, turn left into Rough Hill Drive and then Woodrow Drive (signposted to the Alexandra Hospital). At the next roundabout turn right onto the B4093 Studley Road and, after approximately 500 yards, turn right into Green Lane. After approximately 100 yards the land will be found on the left hand side, as indicated by the John Earle auction sale board.
From Stratford-upon-Avon, Alcester and the south, take the A435 Alcester Road, north into Studley. At the roundabout by the Barley Mow Public House, turn left into the High Street and then immediately right onto the B093 Redditch road. Proceed along this road for approximately ½ mile, turn left into Green Lane and the land will be found on the left hand side, indicated as above. Approximate Post Code B80 7HD.

Conditions of Sale
The property will, unless previously withdrawn, be sold subject to the Special and General Conditions of Sale, which have been settled by the Vendor’s Solicitor. These conditions may be inspected during the usual office hours at the offices of the vendor’s Solicitor mentioned in these sales particulars during the five days, exclusive of Saturday and Sunday, immediately before and exclusive of the day of the sale. The conditions may also be inspected in the Sale Room at the time of the sale but they will not then be read.
