The land and buildings being offered for sale by public auction are well located with good road frontage to Ullenhall Lane, having easy access onto the A435 dual carriageway (approximately 1 mile) and the A4189 and Henley-in-Arden. Tenure and Possession

From Birmingham, the M42 J3 and the north, take the A435 dual carriageway south for approximately 2 miles, taking the slip road (signposted to Ullenhall), turn left at the junction at Gorcott Hill towards Ullenhall and Henley-in-Arden. Conditions of Sale
The property will, unless previously withdrawn, be sold subject to the Special and General Conditions of Sale, which have been settled by the Vendor’s Solicitor. These conditions may be inspected during the usual office hours at the offices of the vendor’s Solicitor mentioned in these sales particulars during the five days, exclusive of Saturday and Sunday, immediately before and exclusive of the day of the sale.
