From Birmingham, Solihull and the north take the A3400 Stratford Road to Hockley Heath, bearing left onto the B439 Old Warwick Road. By the water tower in Lapworth bear right into Lapworth Street. Pass over the M40 motorway, proceed for approximately 1 1/2 miles and just before entering the village of Lowsonford the land will be found on the right hand side as indicated by the John Earle auction board.
