From Birmingham, Solihull and the north, take the A4141 to Knowle, in the village turn right onto the B4101, pass through Dorridge, under the railway bridge by the station, pass the sharp 90 degree left hand bend into Grange Road and the land will be found on the left hand side, as indicated by the John Earle auction sale board.

From the A3400, Stratford-upon-Avon, Henley-in-Arden and the south, in the village of Hockley Heath turn right onto the B4101 and, after approximately ¾ mile, just past The Railway public house, the land will be found on the right hand side, indicated as above. Approximate post code – B93 8QA
Conditions of Sale
The property will, unless previously withdrawn, be sold subject to the Special and General Conditions of Sale, which have been settled by the Vendor’s Solicitor. These conditions may be inspected during the usual office hours at the offices of the vendor’s Solicitor mentioned in these sales particulars during the five days, exclusive of Saturday and Sunday, immediately before and exclusive of the day of the sale. The conditions may also be inspected in the Sale Room at the time of the sale but they will not then be read.
