The parcel of land being offered for sale by public auction is a good-sized rectangular block with frontage to Grange Road and is extremely well situated for the local centres of Dorridge, Knowle, Hockley Heath and Solihull.

The land, which has gated access from the road, enjoys the benefit of full planning permission, Ref. PL/2018/01539/COU, granted on the 27th February 2019, for a change of use to an archery club with external practise range, together with a clubhouse building with wc, measuring approximately 9m x 4.5m (40.5 sq m) 29’ 6” x 14’ 9” (436 sq ft.). IT SHOULD BE NOTED THAT THIS PERMISSION IS PERSONAL TO THE APPLICANT ONLY. Interested parties must make their own enquiries of the local planning authority to see if the purpose for which they wish to use the land is possible. The site has been cleared and is bounded by a mixture of mature hedgerow trees.

Located in the area is Dorridge Village Hall and Ye Olde Knowle Bowling Club. Dorridge Park is within easy walking distance as is the local Dorridge Railway Station with fast trains north to Birmingham (Moor Street and Snow Hill) and south to Warwick, Leamington and London (Marylebone).

The local motorway network M42/J4 is within easy driving distance, as is the M40 (restricted junction 16) to the south.

The auctioneers commend this rarely available opportunity with full planning permission already granted.
